What’s it all about?


FITCAMP-An outdoor program for early birds- fun and diverse held at Mundaring Oval. Ask at reception for details

KI-MAX Put some PUNCH into your workout.  Take your conditioning to a new level with the simplest, most effective kickboxing  workout on the planet!  PUNCH ON WITH KI-MAX! Bring your own gloves or borrow ours for free (inserts must be worn $2)

POWER the most POWER-full Barbell workout on the planet.  Build muscle, burn fat and watch your body transform with POWER!  The simplest most effective barbell class available today.  SHOCK YOUR BODY INTO ACTION

POWER-CARDIO Power Cardio utilizes the weight training principle of progressive loading.  Combined with cardio Work, power Cardio is one of the most efficient and effective workouts around!  A great option if you are short on time.

SPIN The best cardio/fat burning workout you can get. Classes are 45 minutes or 1 hour. Suitable for all fitness levels and great fun. Come in and try it out. Bring a towel!

STEP -Good for beginners. A low impact combination workout that is cardio based and good for the legs. Work your way up to a good fun energetic hour

CIRCUIT A class incorporating both cardio and weight training, perfect for those wanting a push and to both tone up and lose weight!

PILATES the Program focuses on the core postural muscles that help keep the body balanced and are essential to providing support for the spine.  The exercises involved create awareness of breath and alignment of the spine whilst strengthening the deep torso muscles

YOGA - Hatha yoga class suitable for all ages and fitness levels involving blending breath and movement through the practice of asanas For your safety it is important that attend the warm-up & cool-down phase of classes

T’AI CHI - movement and breathing exercises involving the whole body and mind.  Great for general health, coordination, strength, circulation and posture.

SELF DEFENSE – A practical martial arts based program for men and women of all ages .  MUST TRY!

ZUMBA - Latin Dance-Fitness fuses Hypnotic Latin Rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away.  Zumba Fanatics achieve long term health benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exhilarating hour of caloric-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life!

AQUA - A fun medium paced class featuring a mix of cardio, resistance and core body work followed by stretching and relaxation.  A complete workout with the therapeutic benefits of exercising in water. Suitable for all fitness levels.

KIDSWIM (Austswim & RLSS approved) an important part of water awareness, confidence and safety for our kids.  We run a fully qualified program.
Please Bring a Towel and water bottle.
