Living Longer Living Stronger is an evidenced based program that encourages and supports change in the health and fitness sectors to achieve improved health, quality of life and fitness of people aged over 50 years.
The program seeks to maximise opportunities for people to engage in affordable, high quality, results oriented, strength training programs over the longer term.
Who can participate?
If you are over 50, you are eligible. Don't even think you are too old or unfit for this program. Even if you are not able-bodied Living Longer Living Stronger is for you. In fact the older you are, the more you need the benefits associated with this form of training.

How to join
Classes are held Monday and Wednesday at 10.30am and Fridays at 12.00pm in the Club Sierra Gym. The environment is very friendly and instructor approachable and ready to assist you. Call 9295 1426 to discuss class fees and membership options.
